Payments

• Final payment is due upon completion

Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits may be non-refundable once materials are ordered. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Warranty

AMR Fence LLC provides a 2-year workmanship warranty.

• No warranty on wood products
• Does not cover damage from weather, misuse, or third parties

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Property line verification
• HOA approvals (if required)
• Marking private utilities

Limitation of Liability

AMR Fence LLC is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages related to services provided.
